The provisional ballots have now been counted and Karen Smith has defeated Jim Cochran for the 2nd seat on the Upper Allen Board of Commissioners. Congratulations to Karen! It is truly a new day in Upper Allen and we look forward to Karen joining the Board.

Polls will be open 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. for the General Election on November 4, 2025.
The last day to register to vote before the General Election is October 20, 2025.
The last day to apply for a mail in ballot is October 28th.
Mail-in ballots must be received by the Cumberland County Bureau of Elections, 1601 Ritner Highway, Suite 201, Carlisle, PA 17013 by 8:00 PM on Tuesday, November 4, 2025.
